SEBASTIAN M. HOSKINS is a founding partner of Hoskins | Dieuvil PC.  With a background in finance, entrepreneurship, banking, trademark, film and television, Mr. Hoskins offers a range of expertise to his clients.

 

A native of the San Francisco area, Mr. Hoskins moved to New York in 2005 and then relocated to Los Angeles in 2015. Mr. Hoskins primary practice is in the area of film and television production, finance, start-up and emerging business, and trademark prosecution and protection. His experience includes all forms of rights agreements and licensing, production agreements, securities compliance, start-up financing and strategy, as well as brand development and protection.

 

Recent transactions that Mr. Hoskins has been involved in are as follows: financing of a slate of independently produced films; seed series and Series-A financing for several emerging companies in the areas of technology, packaged foods, and consumer electronics. 

 

Prior to forming Hoskins | Dieuvil PC, Mr. Hoskins worked for Sills Cummis Epstein & Gross PC, ICM, GreeneStreet Films, Cinetic Media, Wells Fargo Bank, and a boutique entertainment law firm based in New York.

 

Mr. Hoskins also holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship and is licensed to practice law in New York and California.



 

JOSEPH DIEUVIL  is originally from Brooklyn, NY but has spent most of his life in Weston, FL. In May 2007, Joseph received his Bachelor of Arts Degree Cum Laude from the University of Florida College of Liberal Arts & Sciences and was inducted into University of Florida's Hall of Fame.

 

In May 2010, Joseph received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While attending the Levin College of Law, Joseph specialized in International and Entertainment Law. Accordingly, Joseph spent his last year of his legal studies at the University of Leiden Faculty of Law which is located near the city of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Joseph is currently representing many reputable music professionals and artists.
